ModMuse is an ecommerce marketplace that is home to prominent and upcoming modest brands. We are curators of style and staples, proudly created from the beautiful collections of our partners. We do not design or manufacture any of the products in our marketplace.
No, you do not need to have a ModMuse account to place an order, however creating an account will allow you to gain access to sale campaigns.
Once you place an order through ModMuse, our respective partner will be notified and they will prepare your order for dispatch.
ModMuse is an ecommerce marketplace - meaning we receive your order via our website and notify our respective partners (brands) of your order. The brand you ordered from is responsible for shipping your order to the delivery address you allocate.
In the same way you would pay for your shipping from multiple sellers in Amazon – you pay different shipping rates depending on the items you’ve ordered from our partners.
If the size you have ordered is incorrect or if, on a rare occurrence your item is faulty, please email our customer service team on hello@modmuse.net.
Once your order has been placed you are no longer able to cancel an item from your order, as our systems notify our partners immediately upon receiving an order. In this case it’s best to email our team hello@modmuse.net.
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, and we have an Afterpay option available for purchases.
After you have returned your item(s) to their respective brand – ModMuse will be notified and will issue your refund accordingly. You can always email our team at hello@modmuse.net.
